I remember my first time visiting Encinitas. It was to skateboard at the old YMCA skatepark in the 90’s. To be honest, I’m not surprised that I ended up here all these years later because there was something that instantly attracted me to the vibe of Swamis and Encinitas at a very young age.

I attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City for my undergraduate work and completed graduate school at Columbia University in New York City. Upon receiving my masters degree, I bought my first property. It was a two story home that was converted into a duplex. All of a sudden I had home payments, tenants, a vacation rental, knob and tube electrical, bursting pipes and a roof that needed repairs. It didn’t matter though, from that moment on, I knew real estate would always be a part of my professional endeavors. Today I reside in Leucadia and am grateful to call this wonderful part of the world home. My wife and I love raising our son and daughter in San Diego County. My hobbies include surfing, music production and traveling the world.
